I want to edit fotter page.

I want to imitate this.

How can I do that.

Double-click the header or footer you need to alter, or choose Header or Footer, and afterward select Edit Header or Edit Footer. Add or change text for the header or footer or do any of the accompanying: To eliminate the principal page header or footer Select Different First Page.

I dont know your point.I want to add black horizontal one I uploaded to my footer page.

@ssssuser,

The question does not have any relation to the wpForo plugin. The footer comes from the curent active theme you use. You should customize your footer.php file and change it as you want:
