The subscription page is great, as one of its features is it act as user favorite topics list, where user can view his most interested topics to reached out instead of going to forum page and search for his interested topics repeatedly.

Is there a way to have subscriptions topics as a widget in forum page as shown in the attached image, which would make it easier for a user to shuffle between his mostly interested topics instead of long way going to profile page then subscription page every time.
