Hi, I would like to place shortcode between forum categories.
Is there a way to do that?

Are you going to use the advertisement? If yes I'd suggest you check out the wpForo Ads Manager add-on:

For further support, we'll need a little more information i.e. layout you'll need to customize, etc.Â

No, my forum is free of ads. I would like to place recent articles shortcodes somewhere between categories, or recent classfields from another plugin.
Would your ad manager plugin work with shortcodes other than image ads?
