I'm trying to allow people to embed a "widget" from another site as a copy/paste script on the forum. Is this possible to do?

I'm sorry but wpForo doesn't allow put <iframe> embed code in post editor, this is a very risky tag and it's disabled. We've already finished with wpForo Embed addon, it'll be available in a few days. This addon allows to put about 300 different video, audio, photo, social network and other content provider links in post editor and they will be replaced to according players and widgets in posts.
