Hey all.  Loving the forums so far.

CONTEXT:  I'm running a site with around 10,000 users, switching over from phpbb.  Ran Go2wpForo Migration Tool and it worked great.   I synched the usergroups and it worked great... Registered to Subscriber worked fine.  As a subgroup I was trying to take my 'writer' user role and sync to a 'writer' role in the forums... and it worked... UNTIL...

...somewhere around ID#5000 at which point the sync percentage jumped to 100% and no one beyond that ID point was added to the secondary usergroup.  I've reset the cache, and tried a few times, but the sync never seems go go beyond that point.

My writer role has '1363' members and my writer role is at '890'. I can manually add them, but short of going into phpmyadmin to do the rest (which is above my knowledge level to write the query for), I'm not sure what else to do.

I'm using WPForo: Version 2.4.5.

I've also completely uninstalled bbpress (and removed the bbpress roles manually just in case they were complicating things).

Any suggestions?

Hi,

We're sorry, but we only support questions related how to use and configure this tool in wpForo support forum. We don’t support the result of migration. This kind of large work is out of our support. In case the migration result of this tool doesn’t satisfy you, I recommend purchasing pro support and reaching out to the support team for migration: https://wpforo.com/pro-support/#migration
