Is it possible in the Profile to limit the select box to only UK?

Hi shinx,
wpForo provides hooks for this purpose if you're a developer you can find it and make any changes you'd like. If not you should ask some developer to do that for you.
Also, please check wpForo User Custom Fields paid addon, that allows managing default profile fields.
