Hi @Chris - could you please get back to me again.
After your team has worked on the site the login is working but the side has multiple redirects which were not present before the intervention.

Also when clicking on members it now leads to https://www.livetube.tv/participants rather than to https://www.livetube.tv/forum/participants

Same is true with all other redirects from login and register. They now resolve to https://www.livetube.tv/sign-in instead of https://www.livetube.tv/forum/sign-in

Our forum is located on https://www.livetube.tv/forum and all links should resolve to https://www.livetube.tv/forum/xxx rather than livetube.tv/xxx

Can you please guide us where you did these redirect settings?
You mentioned that you added a snippet - where did you do this?

And we need to further investigate this, perhaps by downgrading to an earlier version of WP Foro to confirm that it is not related to the most recent WP Foro plugin upgrade.

Many thanks

Sven

@shl,

The snippet is located at: Dashboard > Code Snippets

I'm sorry but we need time, working/debugging several websites, just can't do all at once.

@chris Thanks we found it! As a note - we had the same problem last year as others also did. Then you offered the upgraded version 2.0.4 and everything worked again. Perhaps it is connected. We tried to re-install 2.0.4 but this did not work, but it could be that the problems are related. Here is the previous thread:

@shl,

That was wpForo issue which has been fixed, not related to what you have now.

You need to contact your server for further support. As we have done all we could.

About the URL's.

You can always check your URL's with wpForo.com/community

https://wpforo.com/participant/chris/ my Profile.

As you see, there is no /community/ before /participants/

@chris The issue of redirection is with WPML and only happens in Safari. We now have a ticket open with them. We could also confirm that the Registration and Login links on our site are working when WPML is deactivated. So it is clearly related to the multi-lingual setup of our Forum with WPML.

Not sure if this is also something for your to discuss with WPML since both plugins, Foro as well as WPML, had major changes in their latest versions, and there might be a conflict now for multilingual forums.

I will also report back as soon as we have heard from the WPML team.
