Hello,
I've been having a problem with WPFORO for a few days.
When I click on the forum link in my site's /forum/ menu, it sometimes loads in a loop. I have to wait 3 to 4 minutes for everything to return to normal. As a result, I can't access the back office during this time either. It also loads in a loop.
I've never had this problem before.

Enable standard WP debug to a log and check the log file for issues.
