I tried changing the colors of the badges on the forum but it isn't taking. I changed each one in Admin > Forum > Settings > Members (see attached). No extra CSS. No matter what I do, the stars remain green.
I've tried searching the forums but I cannot find anything related. I've tried clearing the cache - even Ctrl + F5 twice. Still not changing.

Have you deleted all caches? From the forum dashboard, and any other chahe plugins you have?
