Hi,
Those are Inactive members. Inactive members are the members who have not logged into your website and have not confirmed their email addresses yet. Simply select the "Inactive" tab to view them.

The active members are not red, only the inactive or banned members are red
You have 420 inactive or banned members
but you can see that is clicked the red and inside there are active members , isnt it visible ? Even admin is in the reds
You clicked on the member overview
The red button is just a marker (hint) not an extra link 😉
