Hi, Is there a way I can disable the "My Profile" in Forum menu because I have a "My Profile" also in the right side bar.

wpForo menu is a regular WordPress menu, you can add and remove any menu item in Dashboard > Appearance > Menus admin page, just select the wpForo Navigation from the dropdown menu. Here is the documentation: https://wpforo.com/docs/wpforo-v2/getting-started/wpforo-menu/
