I asked these questions in the Addons forum 5 days ago and have not received actionable information. I apologize for asking here but I'm desperate, my forum goes live on Monday, and I would like to have banners there so people accept them as part of the ecosystem.
1. can someone recommend a cheap resource for making banners, a template I could use. I made one in Canva but it was very time consuming.
2. is there a trick to uploading the banner into the forum? I used the "add image" function and it reduced the size of the banner 70-80%
the only comment I received in the other help forum recommended images with a higher resolution but did not answer the other questions.
