I have had a wpForum running for about a week now, and everything was going well. However, all of a sudden every new member who joins is automatically given "Moderator". I haven't made any changes to the usergroups or the default WordPress user role since this started happening.
Any ideas why it is doing this?
Are you sure it's not just a phrase issue? Do they have Moderator access? Where can we test it? Do you have a plugin for WP controlling or customizing WordPress user roles?

Nope, I don't have anything adjusting that outside of the normal WordPress settings.
It was randomly started doing it the other day. They do have full moderator access.
Thank you. i'm sorry I have no clue. This is not the wpForo we've developed, wpForo doesn't have such bug. Probably you've done something with user system and you don't remember now. Something is 100% wrong here. We could check your website if you send admin login details to support[at]gvectors.com email address.
