NO caching plugin works 100% well with wpForo. Some do not work at all, some others work more-or-less and miss some updated data.

I think those with mod_rewrite method do not work well, while those using php are more close to a "working" result.

Tested them all, the only that can give SOME good results is WP Super Cache in NORMAL MODE (php mode). It still misses some updated views numbers etc but doesn't create any major problems. A probably serious side-effect of WP Super Cache is that when something changes in wpForo (new topic or something), for some reason the whole cache is cleared (or some major part of it, hard to tell). There are ways to debug this within wp super cache, but never had the time to search.
