I have imported 146 users into wordpress, cleared the wpforo caches, de-activated and re-activated wpforo then cleared the wpforo caches again and the users are still not showing in wpforo.

How can I get wpforo to recognise the new users?

Thanks

The simple import process doesn't create wpForo profiles. This is not a regular user registration process so wpForo stays intact. You should run wpForo profile synchronizer. Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features Tab and make sure the "Turn Off User Syncing Note" option is "No". Once it's set No, you should get a message in Dashboard like this:

If the option is set "No" and you don't see this message you should wait for next 1.4.3 release it comes with user synchronizer for such case.

Hello Robert,

I would love to know if it's possible to add a page in the menu bar just like the 'forums' page, but with different content. So for instance the first one I want to say 'New developments', with all the posts concerning that subject there, and the second one I want to say 'Bugs', with all the posts concerning that subject there...
I just can't figure out how to do it...

Is that possible? If so, how?

Thank you in advance!

Kind regards

There is no add new page in forum area, but you can add menu for simple pages in wpForo Menu are using wpForo Menu in Dashboard. wpForo menu is a simple WP menu, please read this doc:

https://wpforo.com/docs/root/getting-started/forum-menu/

Also, I'd recommend create a new topic, this topic is not related to your question.

Thanks! What if I want the forum lay-out, but not have the ability of people replying to the posts. It doesn't seem to be possible is it? If not, do you have a suggestion for the type of plug-ins I should look for?
