In our forum, if you are not logged-in you are seeing a different page and not all the rooms and not all the topics. Can you help?

Hi jackie,
wpForo Doesn't show private forum items to everyone.
Please make sure that You check "Can view topic" for current usergroup.
Navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Forum Accesses tab admin page.
Each Usergroup has own set of permissions. You can click on Edit link on Usergroup name to see permission list with checkboxes.
Also please edit forums and make sure current Usergroup has appropriate Forum Access.
