Dear support,
In the latest WP foro versions, I am no longer receiving confirmation e-mails when a new Topic is posted on my forum. I do get confirmation on new Posts, not on new Topics.
I think I have the settings correct in the WP Foro settings, but perhaps there is another setting that I am not aware of? See the attached image.

Confirmation or Notification email ?
It is different.
I think notifications are broken and will be fixed in the next release.
@anonymous20, yes, you are right, I meant notification emails... they are really important to keep track of all forum activity.
