It seems you're subscribed to forums and topics. These are admin email notification settings. if these are disabled you're getting emails from subscribed forums and topics.

1. Check all subscriptions in My Profile > Subscription page on forum frontend

2. Make sure you don't have other accounts and emails forwarded. Email notifications maybe from other accounts.

O boy, can't believe I didn't think to look there. That was indeed the problem. I was subscribed to the forums. I just unsubscribed and I'll see if that stops the notifications. Thank you!
