Trying to cleanup daily spam registrations and inactive users within WP, i can't. Because i don't know if a user has posts at wpForo plugin or not.
I only see comments and blog posts.
Any ideas how i can solve this ?

When you delete user in Dashboard > Users or in Dashboard > Forums > Members admin page it displays content deleting options. If a user doesn't have forum content you'll not see the "wpForo Conetent" option:

Not what i asked. I can't VIEW in the Users dashboard who i shall delete or not. Impossible to do what you propose, going thought all users.
What you say, happens at stage two. After selecting delete.

If the user has zero blog posts ( i can see that) AND i also could see if he has zero with wpForo, then i'm good. All the other information is already there to determine his deletion or not.
