No yet. But we preparing to release wpForo MyCRED integration addon. It'll do the job.

2. Is there a way to make wpDiscuz and wpForo consistent with each other so that ranks/badges etc. are the same?

This is already in to-do list of free core wpDiscuz plugin.

Is this something that's still in development? We'd love the option to be able to sort topics by "likes" rather than comments.
