hello

I created a sub forum under a main forum and now the posts in the main forum are not opening when clicked.

If I remove the "sub forum", the whole forum no longer shows.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Thanks

Hi Sofy,

https://expatsportugal.com/community/

The new sub forum is called Where to Live in Portugal under Moving To Portugal.

Thanks

@astridff,

It seems the following two CANs are unchecked:

  • Can view topic
  • Can view replies

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Forum Accesses Tab, edit the Accesses and enable the CANs mentioned above, then delete all caches and check again.

@sofy these CAN are unchecked for Guests which is what we want. We want people to register to read the content.

But it is other registered users and also me (as admin with full access), I cannot open the post

Hi @astridff,

I see everything is working fine. Probably it's just a cache issue, Please press CTRL+F5 on the frontend before checking.
