I think my problem is solved (I will monitor because it was random) and I never would have found and thought that the sidebar other than that of WpForo would pose a problem of this kind...🙄

The default sidebar of your WP Theme was set to css "position: sticky;"
This probably doesn't work correctly with wpforo
visit my german wpForo Community > Tutrix.de
with lots of customization & modification, e.g. hover cards, topic/post preview on mouseover, chatbox and much more...
