When my user try to click a topics to reply, it spend long time to loading and the result on Safari will be:

"fail to open page

Too many redirects occurred trying to open (particular page link). This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page, which then is redirected to open the original page."

Can you please help? Thank you.

Chris

Hi @wtagy2020,

Could you please temporarily disable other plugins and test it?

If the issue is fixed, activate those one by one testing after each plugin activation and find the problem maker.

Also, make sure your website URLs in the Dashboard  >Settings > General Settings have the same HTTPS protocol as you use it on front-end.

I resolved by myself, it is done by changing a shorte forum slug, instead of using auto generate one. Thanks.
