Hello!
When using "Harrys Gravatar cache" plugin, all Members show the same Gravatar. (I don't have this problem with wpdiscuz.)
Btw: I tried multiple times to register to this forum with the Nickname "Tanrim" and didn't receive an email to set the password (using another email-address: "...@web.de". Checked the spam-folder.)

I'm sorry but we're not familiar with this plugin. We can't support this issue. please contact to this plugin developer or disable it for forum users. wpForo allows forum uses to use custom uploaded avatars and custom avatar URLs, so the standard WordPress avatars are not required for forum members.
