I got Problem with non HTML in Emails being sent.
Is anyone else experience the same with latest update 1.4.5?

I´m for example using "forgot password" and using Wpforos email from settings.

The reset password email is non HTML. The default WP email is non-HTML, wpForo sends the same email.

yes but it does not take <br> in wpforo wich it does in standard wordpress
