I have a moderator confirmation in my forum. But one single user that has got status subscriber, can post without confirmation. How to solve this problem?

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Antispam admin page, make sure the value of the "Posts must be manually approved" option is set "Yes". 

In this case, all the numbers of the post (that is set in the option above) will be automatically going to moderation.
