Have you reset and delete all caches? What is the issue exactly?

Please provide with more data, wpForo admin menu and member Tab screenshots. We need make sure you've not made any changes. Also if you don't have have any data (forums, topics, post) I'd recommend to uninstall wpForo.

Problem is fixed. You didn't insert the trailing slash in permalink settings. This is required for current wpForo versions:
