You can attach it here as a zip file. And import it using wordpress.org account in wpForo Translation page:

There are still some parts which are not translated in wpforo plugin, and unfortunately these phrases don't exist in PO/MO files and in "Quick Translation - Phrases" options.

They are in Account members information.

Are these lines translatable?
