Is it possible to have specific topic within a forum in which user posts are not published until it has been reviewed and cleared by admin? I don't want the whole site to work this way, only specific topics.

Hi WCF,

First, you should decide which usergroup users' posts you want to manually approve. If it's the default Registered Usergroup, please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Usergroups admin page, edit the Registered usergroup and uncheck the "Can pass moderation" permission.
