I have the following settings turned on:
My question is how do I enable that any new user can post a reply or make a topic without me having to manually approve the post/topic. I would want that user NOT to be able to post links until they have at least 4 posts but they should be able to post generally. Under these settings, I have to approve every new person's post which can be tedious.

Where you have 4 put 0, then where you have 1 put 4. That should do it.
