I have one problem about permission for read only access.
I set the permission "Can show reply" off, but when I accessed as a guest, it shows reply same as resistered user. Also I changed the forum permission.
I don't know why. I want to show only topics except the reply for guest users.
How can I get the setting?
I don't know what exactly you've disabled, the screen says nothing. You should uncheck the "Can view topic" and "Can view replies" permissions, not only replies. After this, navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page and click on [Delete all caches] button.

I thuoght it worked like this JPG file, if I checked "Can view topic" and unchecked "Can view replies".
I did "Delete all caches", but nothing changed. When I unchecked "Can view topic" for guests, it didn't show both topic and replies as a guest of course, but I want to show only topic text for them.
If you know how to fix this problem, plz let me know.

I'm sorry but the" Can view reply" permission is not active yet. it's under development. We'll make it usable in near future releases.
