When I add the option to create a new topic to my menu (using the code /%wpforo-add-topic%/) the link works perfectly.

But if an unregistered user accesses the link, a page appears saying: "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

Is it possible for users who are not registered or logged in to be redirected to the login page?

wpForo doesn't have an option for that. Try a redirection plugin, maybe that could work.
