Please note: user registration and account creation is a part of WordPress core. wpForo only provides a registration form. This is not the wpForo part, this is the WordPress part.

You can install and configure some other plugin for this. Please check out the following link, probably, you'll find some helpful info for you: https://www.quora.com/How-do-I-make-a-phone-number-based-registration-on-my-WordPress-site
