Hi,
Is it possible, if i want that a pop up comes for registration after 5/10 seconds access of website.

Registrations and Logins are handled by Wordpress. Nothing to do with wpForo.
Maybe you can find a generic plugin for that at Wordpress.org.

wpForo doesn't have an option for this. I'm really sorry, but there is no easy solution that I can post here. If you're a developer you can do the customization by yourself, as wpForo is fully customizable, so you can use the codes from the register.php and login.php files and do what you want.
