Still same error even changing to 20MB. Is there another setting somewhere that could also be set to 128Bytes?

Ok. Apparently this is a hosting setup error, contact Siteground about it. This is the second glitch i read here this week related to wrong setups in Siteground hosting.

It is not from wpForo, since there is only one setting about it.

Please read this support topic and make sure you've set correct value for Max Uploaded File-size in Bytes in Advanced Attachments settings (Forums > Settings > Addons > Advanced Attachments). Also check the same option in Dashboard > Forums > Topics & Posts.

https://gvectors.com/forum/wpforo-advanced-attachments/cant-atatch-file-after-update-to-1-6-2-advanced-attachments-addons/

Also, the Max Uploaded Size should be equal with Max Post Size in PHP Settings, this should also be checked.
