I was setting up a private forum and I removed the forum registration link using the wp menu editor. I didn't realize that it would hide the page as well and now I can't find the registration page or slug to restore it. The default slug gives me a 404. pLease help ive spent hours trying to restore it and this is for a client's active website. There has to be a default restore for the menu.

@sofy Thank you but that only restored the link. The page is still missing and I am still getting a 404 not found. I also reenabled the 'anyone can register' in wp gen settings, and still nothing.
Your forum slug and URL is located in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > General tab. The option name is Forum Base URL.
