This is forum page base URL. By default forum base URL is http://example.com/community/ . You can use this option to:
- Change forum page with base slug
- Set forum on Home Page
- Use it without base slug by turning WordPress to wpForo
And i want to ask if this setup has to do anythong with Seo ,
i mean if an option is better than the other.

I'm sorry but I'm not an SEO expert, so I can't say an exact answer here. However, I can say that if you use wpForo as Stand-alone forum, you should use it without base slug by turning WordPress to wpForo it would be better for SEO.
If you use wpForo only as a community change forum page with base slug and set it the most SEO-friendly word (it's desirable to use in your native language).
