Hi - i have seen this brought up a few times but i could not find a solution. I use Siteground staging and have installed wpforo on it e.g. staging.website.com/forum/. When i deploy the staging to the live site e.g. www.website.com, all my "staging" url´s change to "www" url´s, but the wpforo forum is still sitting on staging.website.com/forum/
How do I solve this - i need the forum to sit on www.website.com/forum/

You should delete wpForo cache in Dashboard > Forum > Dashboard admin page.
Just click the [Add all caches] button.
