Hi @kulera,

This is a small CSS conflict with active theme or other plugins.

Please register some new testing user and leave the user's login details here to allow us to debug a CSS conflict and provide some solution for you.

I see js errors on your website. Please deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation. Press CTRL+F5 (twice) on frontend before checking.

If none of the plugins caused the issue please switch to some default theme and check again.
