I'm having users complain about not being able to unsubscribe from topics, stating it simply doesn't work when they try. They've tried unsubbing from the topic and from the subscription list in their account.
On my end, unsubscribe through an email notification doesn't seem to be doing anything either, but it appears to work fine in other cases.
This lack of consistency is troubling.
How can I troubleshoot this?
Currently using WPForo v.1.4.3

Hi VeganOstomy,
I think they miss some subscription option, maybe they are subscribed to forum too. So if you unsubscribe from any topic you'll still get email notification if a new topic or reply is posted on that forum.
