The shorter URL you have, the better. In eyes of Google and other SE.

Why have such a long URL as you propose above ? It is wrong to have something like that.

It makes sense but not to the extend you write. Do the following: Google search for "automobile forum" and see the top ones (with traffic and posts). And carefully study what they do and how they do it. And replicate that. Or try to.

Do not spend a lot of time for "insite SEO" because only basic/simple seo is needed.
