The shorter URL you have, the better. In eyes of Google and other SE.
Why have such a long URL as you propose above ? It is wrong to have something like that.

I'm sorry but there is no way to do this kind of change with wpForo permalinks.
I have a blog about cars and I'm building a automotive forum separeted by brand and car models.I'd like to have this structure for better organization and SEO results.

It makes sense but not to the extend you write. Do the following: Google search for "automobile forum" and see the top ones (with traffic and posts). And carefully study what they do and how they do it. And replicate that. Or try to.
Do not spend a lot of time for "insite SEO" because only basic/simple seo is needed.
