I changed the main Admin usergroup phrase from Admin to Founder but it doesn't change in posts. Any work around for this?

This one doesn't depends on Phrases, this is a Usergroup title. No way to change it yet. However if you have an access to website hosting cPanel > phpMyAdmin database manager, find the _wpforo_usergroups table, then change the Admin phrase in this table. This will not be changed on future updates.
