This forum is not the right place where I can review hosting services, but I can say HostGator or Bluehost are tested by our theme. You should not start to change hosting service, you should start from a clean WordPress installation and themes. The hosting service changing is the last thing you'd need.

I can replicate the reply issue from my phone, seems like its for any mobile device. When you hit "reply" under another users reply box, the "working wheel" just spins forever.
