When users add tags, how to block certain words from being added as tags, please?
Is there any free or paid plugin, for this?

I'm sorry but there is no way to limit tag words. You should find some dev to write a custom script for you. Or you can contact to our custom development services via sales[at]gvectors.com. But the start price of their services is $300.
