Dear Community,

I am encountering an issue with the wpForo plugin on my website [ https://stihi.by/forum/ ]( https://stihi.by/forum/). Following the latest update, a white screen appears 3 seconds after loading internal forum pages (e.g., [ https://stihi.by/forum/tri-stihotvoreniya-sposobnye-izmenit-zhizn/ ]( https://stihi.by/forum/tri-stihotvoreniya-sposobnye-izmenit-zhizn/)) when logged in as a user. This problem does not occur on the main forum page ([ https://stihi.by/forum/ ]( https://stihi.by/forum/)) or for guest users.

I have attempted the following without success:
- Switching wpForo plugin themes (two available, neither resolves the issue).
- Disabling the admin bar.
- Renaming admin-ajax.php.
- Configuring reCAPTCHA v2 (previously used v3).
- Changing the PHP version.
- Migrating to a different hosting provider.

Notably, disabling the loading of theme/assets/css/wp-developer.css in theme/includes/files-loader.php eliminates the white screen, though it causes the header layout to shift, suggesting a potential conflict post-update.

The issue persists across multiple devices (PC, Android) and browsers (Chrome, Yandex Browser). Occasional console logs show a JSON with Twitter settings, but disabling widgets had no effect.

I suspect this may be related to the recent wpForo update. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? I would appreciate any insights or suggestions on where to investigate further. A test account can be provided if deemed necessary, though I am not offering site access at this time.

Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely, Tony

Hi,

First, please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug Tab > [Errors & Issues] Sub Tab and check for any errors. If you find any, please let us know.

Then go to wpForo > Tools > Database Tables Tab and click the [Repair] button if you see any issues.
