I can't seem to figure out how to get the "Report" button to show for registered users or moderators. It shows only for administrators. I have "Can report" checked in both Standard Access and Moderator Access. I have examined all of my forums and the permissions are set up correctly. Am I missing another setting somewhere?

It was a cache-related issue. Please find a way to exclude the wpForo from your cache system.

This FAQ should be helpful for you: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/#post-37150

@sofy Unfortunately, it didn't help. I even deleted the cache, deactivated the caching plugin, and cleared the Wpforo cache.

Please record a video showing the following steps to help us better understand the issue:

  • The Usergroup assigned to the TestUser account
  • The Forum Access settings, ensuring the “Can report” option is enabled
  • The Edit screen for each forum and category, displaying the Forum Permissions section

This will allow us to review everything properly and assist you further.

I've created a test forum, and I can send you logins and passwords so you can assess the situation as thoroughly as possible. How can I send you a private message containing access details?
