I have only recently downloaded this forum plugin. When I try to start my first forum it says it has been successfully added (see attached) , however when I refresh, nothing is created.

How do I fix this?

Hi @rachael_lee,

Please deactivate wpForo and activate it again. Then check it.

If the problem exists, navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug Tab, click on [Tables] tab and find the _wpforo_forums table. Take a screenshot of that table and leave it here. Also please check the [Server] and [Issues & Errors] sub-tubs. Copy / paste the server information here.

Also, if you see any error in [Issues & Errors] sub-tubs please let us know.
