Is there currently support and/or integration with the anti-spam plugin WPBruiser? I see that there is with wpDiscuz and am hopeful it exists with wpForo (and wooDiscuz) as well. If not, are there plans to add it in the future? I would prefer to use that over Akismet and have it work across all your products.

I'm sorry but not. wpForo topic and posts are created by registered users. So you don't have Guest Spamming risks here. Also wpForo has it's own Spam Control system integrated with Aksimet plugin. We recommend to install Aksimet too.
