I've bought "wpForo Advanced Attachmentsw" a few weeks ago, now I want to change a domain for this website, can I still use it? Thanks.

If your license is a Single Site license you should disable and delete the addon on the old website. Then contact to gVectors team via support[at]gvectors.com email address and ask them to reset the activation. they'll reset it and let you activate it on new website.
