1.     WPFORO only allows passwords to include up to 20 characters. Is that correct? If so, how can the max length be increased?

I'm not sure if this is a restriction by WPFORO. But if it is, how can the max password length be longer than 20 characters (if desired)?

I'm seeing this when I try to reset a password, and after I'm sent back to enter a new password. It said it needed to be between 12 and 20.

Please let me know.

2.    Also, is it possible for someone to get locked out of changing their password?  I had one user who tried to change their password, but when they tried to log back in after changing their password, it didn't recognize the new password. So I'm curious if anyone can explain what might cause this and if so, how to resolve it?  Do users get blocked by WPFORO after a certain number of failed attempts? And if so, how and where can they be un-blocked?

3.   PS:  I'm seeing a letter "P" in the text box when people go to enter a post, and I'm also seeing it here (in this message) prior to adding the topic.  It just shows up initially when people go to enter a new topic. Why is the letter "P" showing up and how can I remove it?  It seems to go away after entering the new topic.
